Shenzhen SYSCAN Technology owned some of the world's advanced manufacture equipments including optical chip testing machines, auto dicing machines, auto die mounting machines, auto wire bonding machines, auto coating machines, and computer spectrum testing analyzers. The annual CIS production capacity is about by 2,500,000 units and the annual product capacity of digital imaging products is about 1,000,000 units. (April 2003) SYSCAN Technology passed ISO9001: 2000 and awarded certificate.

In order to centralize the company's global activities in a more efficient way, and to make the best combination of research, development and manufacturing capabilities, Shenzhen SYSCAN Technology invested 1.1 billion Hong Kong dollars with support of Shenzhen Municipal government and built a SYSCAN Hi-Tech Park in Shiyan, Shenzhen, China where it is not only the company's R&D center and manufacturing base, also the model of manufacturing and business development base of national scientific achievement center.

The SYSCAN Hi-Tech Park is the world first-class incubator base of optoelectronic industry and attracted excellent Chinese and foreign enterprises joining in. It will soon become a scale profitable optoelectronic industry. The SYSCAN Hi-Tech Park has the total land areas over 250,000 square meters. The inside of the Hi-Tech park is covered by a large area of natural trees, plants, and lakes, which features a 21st century modern Hi-Tech park which combines Hi-Tech development/manufacture base and natural environment. The initial phase of the construction was completed, and Shenzhen SYSCAN Technology manufacture base was already moved in.
