1. Scope
Industrial departments that involve to identify ID cards in their business operation and will be affected by use of fraudulent ID cards, such as banks based on ID cards for account opening, telecom business halls based on ID cards for account opening, postal offices based on ID cards for collection of postal remittance, various exam agencies subject with adult education, TOFEL, and GRE, checkpoints such as customs and special zone checkpoints, and exchanges.
2. System structure and solutions
(1) Main parts
Syscan ID card scanning & identifying system. This system uses a normal computer as the controller, and realizes integration of Ethernet card for online data communication, corresponding hotel management software, and SDK package produced by Tsinghua Wintone specially for ID card scanning.
(2) Solution for registration of examinees and their identity verification
