3 Anti-defilement Capacity Comparison
  Defilement is acceptable in any place of GM barcode, the full information of which could be corrected and recovered in case that the defiled area is in the acceptable range for error correction.
Corners Torn It is readable in case that 2~4 corners are torn.
 
Edge Damaged It is readable in case that the edges are defiled.
 
Penetrative It is readable in case that the defilement goes across the whole barcode.
 

4 Anti-deformation Capacity
 
Anti-bending The maximum acceptable bending (right angle, concave or convex) for GM barcode surface is 90°,viz.it is readable within the range of 90°no matter the GM barcode label is in right angle,concave or convex deformation.
 
Anti-Surface Wave The wave degree of barcode label surface means the ratio of depth to length of wave existed in sticking or printing surface. GM barcode label accepts the deformation D/L ≥ 0.2, (D=depth; L=Length).
